Equestrian Tourism Qualifications

 

These qualifications have been withdrawn by BHSQ and are no longer available for delivery and awarding.

The operational end date for these qualifications was 30 June 2023.

The last date for certification was the 30 June 2024.

The qualifications are withdrawn from 1 July 2024.

BHSQ Level 2 Diploma for the Ride Leader

This qualification comprises six units. Three are specific to equestrian tourism and the other three are comprised of the units in the BHSQ Level 1 Certificate in BHS Horse Knowledge and Care. If these units have already been achieved in the BHS Stage 1 examination, they do not need to be repeated.

BHSQ Level 3 Diploma for the Ride Leader

This qualifications comprises five units. Three are specific to equestrian tourism and two are also units within the BHSQ Level 2 Diploma in BHS Horse Knowledge and Care. If these units have already been achieved in the BHS Stage 2 examination, they do not need to be repeated.
